Training Program Update
Starting December, the Training Program shall register participants on a monthly (4 week basis). Head Coach, Andy Chong will handle all training. The December session is from Dec 6 to 30.
New! CONTINUING IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. We have added hour long classes for those who want to improve their game through physical conditioning, game strategy, footwork and stroke development. The 7-8 pm time allows the intermediate (Wed) and beginner (Thu) player time to play games with others after the training.

Dec 26-30
Intensive Training Led by Andy Chong and a team of coaches.
9:30 am -12 pm
Program include fitness exercises and drills designed for stroke and footwork development. Participants will learn how to play singles and doubles games and strategies to improve their game.
For Competitive
Middle School and High School Players
1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Physical conditioning, footwork, advance stroke development and game strategy
